Jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden

• Overall responsibility for the operational business units (production, logistics, quality assurance, supply chain, technical department)
• Strategic development of processes to increase efficiency and optimize costs
• Contribute to the definition of the BENEO Group's vision, strategy, and long-term goals in line with the SZ Group's strategy, as well as ensuring their realization and implementation
• Co-create, roll out and embody the corporate values, leadership behaviors, vision, mission & strategy, and processes that guide and define BENEO Group’s’ identity
• Monitoring, controlling, and optimizing the technical, operational (including investments), and manufacturing activities of the sites and departments
• Close collaboration with the other BENEO management teams and the Südzucker board of directors in corporate planning and the implementation of growth strategies
• Leading, motivating, and developing department heads and employees to achieve the defined goals
• Build and maintain a network of in- and external stakeholders / partners, represent BENEO Group, and identify and act upon trends, threats and opportunities

Jouw profiel

• Completed degree in Business Administration, Food Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• Several years of executive experience in a management position within the food industry or manufacturing
• Solid knowledge of production processes, supply chain management, and quality assurance
• Entrepreneurial mindset, hands-on approach, and strong leadership skills
• Excellent communication skills, decisiveness, and a solution-oriented mindset
• Fluent skills in German and English
