Jouw verantwoordelijkheden
1. Lead a competent, efficient and agile team in order to ensure development of people and skills in line with business requirements and a positive working climate.
2. Define priorities and allocate customer requests and projects for the Regional Application Center, in order to ensure the technical support can be delivered in time for our customers.
3. Ensure the daily operations of the ASPAC Applications Center to ensure objectives are realized.
4. Create and implement technical support plan ensuring prioritized technical support to Global Accounts, ABC Customers, and SNPs within the region and ensure it is in line with BENEO strategy.
5. Ensure up do date technical information communication, organise trainings, giving technical advice to customer inquiries, sales and sales network partners with regards to the use of BENEO ingredients in food applications.
6. Identify and implement collaboration with other laboratories and develop good partnerships with institutions, industrial partners in order to generate a win-win situation for all parties involved.
7. Continuously monitor work methods, flows and processes in order to identify or recommend appropriate actions resulting in qualitative and/or quantitative improvements leading to enhanced product quality.

Your Profile
Thinking Level and/or Experience required for the role:
- Master level – food sciences
- 5-7 years
Technical Skills (including language(s)) required for the role:
- English
- Food ingredients knowledge
- Customer oriented
- Capable to understand scientific language and break it down in more easy words
- Highly developed problem solving attitude
