Jouw verantwoordelijkheden
• Organize transport scheduling to customers from the plant or its third Party Logistics in alignment with the transport procurement contracts as negotiated by the Transport Manager in order to facilitate optimal operational continuity of Customer transports and to minimize our carbon footprint.
• Level transport scheduling to customers at plant level in order to optimize resources management for the warehouses and loading times to minimize waiting hours for carriers
• Execute yearly tendering process, and transport procurement contracts, ensure reliable data processing with regards to transport rates, in order to optimally support the Sales process and the Corporate Transport Manager.
• Execute requests for spot rates when required in line with agreed upon parameters, in order to provide Customers, Sales functions and Customer experience Officers with the best possible transport price and corresponding convenience level.
• Execute the self-billing process for the assigned carriers within the procurement policies framework, in order to ensure efficient and effective administrative and commercial flow.
• Administer transport rates, in order to guarantee data accuracy.
• Execute the role of key user for SAP / Transporeon & sub modules (MM, SD, LE), and participate in projects in order to support the further development of BENEO Group's Customer transport purchasing systems and processes.
• Ensure follow-up of transport KPI’s related to SBTi and to OTIF deliveries
Jouw Profiel
• Bachelor degree in logistics or equivalent.
• 1 - 3 years of experience in logistics Data Administration, Sales Administration.
• Data-driven person, comfortable with systems like SAP, Transporeon, T-Contract...
• Good communication in English and in the language of the related production plants. Any other languages is a plus.
