We are an international leading company for functional ingredients for humans and animals. Our production sites are located in Germany, Belgium, Chile and Italy. We market our products in over 75 countries with an international sales Network. BENEO is a member of the Südzucker Group.
Your Tasks
- Overall responsibility for the operational business units (production, logistics, quality assurance, supply chain, technical department)
- Strategic development of processes to increase efficiency and optimize costs
- Contribute to the definition of the BENEO Group's vision, strategy, and long-term goals in line with the SZ Group's strategy, as well as ensuring their realization and implementation
- Co-create, roll out and embody the corporate values, leadership behaviors, vision, mission & strategy, and processes that guide and define BENEO Group’s’ identity
- Monitoring, controlling, and optimizing the technical, operational (including investments), and manufacturing activities of the sites and departments
- Close collaboration with the other BENEO management teams and the Südzucker board of directors in corporate planning and the implementation of growth strategies
- Leading, motivating, and developing department heads and employees to achieve the defined goals
- Build and maintain a network of in- and external stakeholders / partners, represent BENEO Group, and identify and act upon trends, threats and opportunities
Your Profile
- Completed degree in Business Administration, Food Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- Several years of executive experience in a management position within the food industry or manufacturing
- Solid knowledge of production processes, supply chain management, and quality assurance
- Entrepreneurial mindset, hands-on approach, and strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills, decisiveness, and a solution-oriented mindset
- Fluent skills in German and English
