Vos Tâches

  • Provide technical support to the ICT Pemuco organization (Pemuco sites) in order to optimize the use of Beneo's ICT tools.
  • Contribute to the proper functioning of the local network in order to guarantee optimal availability for both internal and external users.
  • Ensure the management of computer equipment and peripherals in order to guarantee the availability of high-performance equipment.
  • Ensure the follow-up of users in terms of licenses, access rights and training in order to make the best use of the ICT resources made available.
  • Participate in the implementation of new solutions, in order to help the organization and the group to innovate and implement the most performing systems.

 

Votre Profil

  • Bachelor in IT or other technical comparable background (with an experience of minimum 1 year).
  • Technical knowledge of Microsoft environment, networks, hardware, etc.
  • Ability to innovate, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Team player with a "make it happen" attitude, solution oriented and customer centric.
  • Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work with technical and non-technical people.
  • Ability to travel within different factories and business locations.
  • Good communication skills, native Spanish speaking, fluent in English.
