We are an international leading company for functional ingredients for humans and animals. Our production sites are located in Germany, Belgium, Chile and Italy. We market our products in over 75 countries with an international sales Network. BENEO is a member of the Südzucker Group.
Your Tasks
- Create new customer master data, register contracts in the foreseen data management system (SAP), update where needed and take action in case of discrepancies, to ensure optimal data management.
- Provide sales with relevant (commercial) information and support when needed, to optimally perform the sales activities.
- Handle purchase orders, following the set procedures, to ensure a good follow-up and timely completion of that purchase order up to and including invoicing and necessary documents and certificates.
- Timely create or request from customs brokers or government agencies the necessary documents for export orders. Approve invoices from these requests. Check of customer-requested documents with legal requirements.
- Validate weekly planning with shipment points for next week’s upcoming orders and their loading timeslots, arrange transport land- and container-freight, follow-up of timely booking of loading slots, ensuring good process of self-billing and extra costs, and coordination with the shipping points concerning timeslots management system (Transporeon)
- Follow-up with the assigned supply chain organisations and their respective processes and logistics, to resolve issues, discuss possibilities and ensure action is taken, in order to have limited delivery issues for the clients.
- Respond to customer complaints and act as facilitator between client and the internal stakeholders, to ensure optimal customer delivery and that complaints and/or quality issues are resolved when needed.Put in place and apply corrective actions.
- Handle all requests for invoice reviews, check invoices and take corrective actions when necessary, to guarantee correct client invoicing,
- Apply correct parameters during our sales process to ensure the internal purchasing procedure towards the differentsourcing plants.
Your Profile
Thinking Level and/or Experience required for the role:
- Bachelor Degree or3 years’ experience in similar position
Technical Skills (including language(s)) required for the role:
- Strong communication (verbal & written)
- Analytical and effective reporting (formal & informal)
- Good cross functional knowledge
- Good process knowledge
- English, other languages are a plus
