Vos Tâches

  1. Process and manage sales orders and related documentation in order to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
  2. Maintain up-to-date customer data and pricing information in relevant systems in order to support accurate reporting and invoicing.
  3. Collaborate with the Sales team to track order status, delivery timelines, and customer-specific requirements in order to ensure service expectations are met.
  4. Liaise with internal departments such as Supply Chain, Finance, and Production in order to facilitate smooth execution of the order-to-cash process.
  5. Monitor and follow up on backorders, delivery issues, and delays in order to proactively resolve problems and maintain customer satisfaction.
  6. Prepare and distribute routine and ad hoc reports related to sales, pricing, and order status in order to support internal decision-making.
  7. Assist in maintaining and improving administrative procedures in order to support the efficiency and consistency of the Sales Administration team.
  8. Support the Sales Administration Manager in various coordination tasks and improvement initiatives in order to contribute to the continuous development of the function.

 

Votre Profil

Thinking Level and/or Experience required for the role:

  • Bachelor Degree and 3 years' experience in similar position

Technical Skills (including language(s)) required for the role:

  • Strong communication (verbal & written)
  • Analytical and effective reporting (formal & informal)
  • Good cross functional knowledge
  • Good process knowledge (SAP)
  • Dutch, English, French, other languages are preferable
  • Knowledge of transport modalities and Inco terms
