Vos Tâches
- Visit, question and challenge potential and existing customers, in collaboration with sales, in order to identify current and future needs.
- Provide technical information and advice to customer inquiries, sales and sales network partners with regards to the use of BENEO ingredients in food applications (presentations, application files, recipes) in line with product line strategy in order to build trust and more understanding of the ingredients.
- Provide technical training on applications and lead technical discussions to internal and external customers in order to keep them updated on BENEO ingredients and share knowledge on information related to the applications.
- Follow up on technical customer meetings and projects, to ensure these are delivered within time, quality objectives and expectations.
- Investigate, analyze and solve application problems at (existing) customers, in order to provide the correct solution and increase client satisfaction.
- Provide technical “help desk” support to the sales organisation and customers through answering technical questions, to ensure sales & the customer are helped in a quick and proficient manner.
- Surface and communicate relevant information to relevant stakeholders (e.g. reporting on new trends and technologies, inputs/ideas for new applications, reporting to Sales/Commercial on independent communications with the customer).
Votre Profil
Thinking level and/or Experience required for the role:
- Master (Engineering)
- 5 years of experience
Technical skills (including language(s)) required for the role:
- Spanish, Portuguese and English spoken and written
- Problem solving skills
- Organization & planning
- Highly developed problem solving attitude
- Capable to understand scientific language and break it down in more easy words
- Customer oriented
- Strong in teaching to get into the level needed to address the audience
