Process & Investments Manager (f/m/x)

As Process & Investment Manager you Develop, maintain, and improve production processes within BioWanze, manage and/or follow-up on future plant (project) investments in accordance with QHSE guidelines and the plant strategy in order to optimize the reliability, sustainability, efficiency and capacity of the plant’s processes and ensure the realization of investments projects at BioWanze.
Following are your key responsibilities :
- Processes :
- Analyse, design, implement and improve production processes so as to ensure their reliability and efficiency
- Projects
- Initiate, develop, manage and/or coordinate A-Z process investment projects (CAPEX) aligned with the needs of the plant and/or Crop Energies Group and in collaboration with the stakeholders
- Operational Excellence
- Proactively detect, analyze, and identify opportunities for improvements and optimization of plant practices and processes, provide recommendations and suggestions, based on bottlenecks, and frequently encountered problems
- QHSE
- Develop, monitor, implement, and evaluate QHSE guidelines and standards for the production processes, installations, and equipment, based on appropriate QHSE procedures and regulations
- Budget Management
- Prepare, propose, and upon approval, manage the process and investments budget for BioWanze in collaboration with the Plant Director and/or Financial Controlling Manager
- Performance Monitoring
- Monitor, oversee, and manage the performance (e.g., quality, volume, timing etc.) of the production operations
- People and stakeholder Management
- Select, manage, coach, motivate, and develop managers of the department by using the defined HR Biowanze policies
- Build and maintain a network of in- and external stakeholders, represent the process and investments operations for BioWanze and identify and act upon trends and opportunities within the network
- Reporting & Administration
- Carry out administration (e.g., monthly closing reports, incidents reports, etc.) and provide periodic and/or on request reports to the Plant Director, authorities, CropEnergies Group, Comité de Pilotage, etc.
Votre profil:
- You have a relevant master’s degree (e.g. (electro)-mechanical engineering, chemical engineering.
- You have a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a similar position, preferably within the food or chemical industry
- You have an analytical mindset, a can-do mentality, an attitude of taking initiative and solving problems
- The MSOffice suite has no secrets for you (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook) and knowledge of SAP is a real advantage.
- Working under pressure is not a problem for you and you have strong relational and communication capabilities, both in French and English, so as to effectively lead your team of 4 people as well as manage your stakeholder network
