We are an international leading company for functional ingredients for humans and animals. Our production sites are located in Germany, Belgium, Chile and Italy. We market our products in over 75 countries with an international sales Network. BENEO is a member of the Südzucker Group.
Your Tasks
- Assistant to BENEO Marketing Director
- Full secretarial support to Marketing Team (including remote team members in Tienen/Belgium)
- Scheduling, planning, and organization of meetings, business travel, and conference calls
- Preparation of meeting minutes and workshop documentation
- Handling of travel reimbursements via SAP Concur
- Administrative support for contracting, planning, and budgeting
- Correspondence with contractors, service providers, and agencies
- Event management support (fairs & exhibitions, seminars, webinars, etc.)
- Manage and train vocational trainees, apprentices, and interns
- Purchase and administration of BENEO giveaways; management of product display cases (offices/production sites)
- Processing of invoices (linked to departmental costs)
- DHL shipments, stock management, and dispatch of various marketing materials
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Office Management, Administration, Finance, or a related field, with relevant experience in a similar role
- Proficient in MS Office; skills in SAP Concur, Salesforce, and Adobe are a plus
- Excellent knowledge of the German and English language (both verbal and writing skills)
- Well-organized, proactive, and able to work independently
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
- Team player with a proven ability to contribute effectively in a multi-functional, international environment
- Creative problem-solver with a focus on results, customer service, adaptability, discretion, and confidentiality
