Your Tasks

•    Build up and translate sales strategy (concept/solution selling) into an aligned action plan for your specific countries and categories. Follow up on all the actions to ensure the right direction is set. You are part of the European sales team, however you will also work independently for your responsible markets (of course after a certain familiarisation period.

•    Attract, motivate, evaluate and develop yourself in order to create an innovative/ conceptual environment where you and your colleagues are empowered and engaged and to ensure optimal qualitative sales

•    Manage Country Activities ensuring that qualitative and quantitative targets are met. Serve as the primary contact for Meatless in your respective countries and categories for all issues (e.g. logistics, invoicing, payment terms).

•    Achieve Sales Targets: Monitor sales results (volumes, prices, forecasts vs budget) throughout the year, taking action as needed to meet objectives under the guidance of our sales director and internal sales support.

•    Identify and Capitalize on Sales Opportunities: Execute price negotiations, establish local relationships, and follow up on concept-selling initiatives to maximize sales potential.

•    Follow Up on Projects: Manage local projects, request resources, and take necessary actions to ensure timely completion.

•    Analyze and Report Data: Collect, analyze, and report relevant data to provide management with accurate and timely information. Build and extend a network within the meat, fish, and chicken food-producing companies.

•    Monitor Market Trends: Gather and communicate information on competitors, consumers, economic conditions, market share, etc., to relevant parties such as the sales support manager to derive appropriate actions.

 

Your Profile

•    Bachelor/Master Degree >3 years’ experience in similar position; Master Business Administration, Biological Science; Food Technology 
•    Track record of building a market or product portfolio, experienced in meat, fish or dairy market. Used to handle/create-extend large concept sales volumes by hunting and farming afterwards. 
•    Residing in Germany, Austria or Czech Republic

•    Proactive, independent and responsible working style

•    Entrepreneurial spirit
•    Willing to travel 80% of the time, having a drivers licence.
