Your Tasks

  1. Lead and implement process improvement initiatives in Supply Chain and Quality to drive Operational Excellence.
  2. Develop and integrate best practices and frameworks in order to foster a culture of Continuous Improvement and sustainable efficiency gains.
  3. Measure, analyze and report performance metrics in order to track progress and maximize impact.
  4. Monitor project milestones and follow up on deliverables in order to ensure timely execution and alignment with strategic business goals.
  5. Support data collection, analysis, and reporting in order to enable informed decision-making.
  6. Oversee and facilitate internal communications in order to ensure transparency, accountability and cross-functional collaboration.
  7. Create and publish content on internal platforms (e.g., myBENEOnet), such as news articles, updates, and reports, in order to drive engagement and knowledge-sharing.
  8. Prepare and format presentations, reports, and documents in order to maintain clarity, quality, accuracy, and professional standards.
  9. Organize and manage meetings, workshops, and team events, handling logistics, agendas, and coordination in order to ensure seamless execution.
  10. Document discussions, decisions, and action points in order to enable effective follow-ups, accountability and sustained improvements.
  11. Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with company policies in order to support operational efficiency.

 

Your Profile

Thinking Level and/or Experience required for the role : 

  • Master degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Quality Management, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years’ experience in project coordination, Continuous Improvement and/or Operational Excellence.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), SAP, and communication platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication English skills, proficiency in German, French, Dutch, or Spanish is a plus.
