Your Tasks
- Detaillierte Planung von Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen auf Vorgangs- und Gewerke-Ebene einschließlich Planzeiten, Komponenten, Material- und Fremdkosten
- Systematische Erstellung eines Maßnahmenvorrats mit anschließendem Kapazitätsabgleich; Unterstützung bei der Terminierung dieser Maßnahmen
- Einholen von Angeboten zur Kostenermittlung; nach Freigabe: Bestellung und Nachverfolgung
- Prüfung von Materialverfügbarkeiten
- Durchführung/Organisation von Fremdleistereinweisung und -koordination
- Erstellung und Aktualisierung von Stücklisten, Standardarbeitsplänen, sowie Wartungsplänen
- Unterstützung bei der Implementierung neuer Instandhaltungsprozesse und Werkzeuge (Software) inklusive Sicherstellung der Systemnutzung
- Auswertung instandhaltungsrelevanter Daten sowie Bildung und Ermittlung von Kennzahlen zur gezielten Instandhaltungssteuerung
- Überwachen des Abschlusses von Instandhaltungsaufträgen
Your Profile
- Gewerbliche/technische Ausbildung oder Weiterbildung zum Techniker/in oder Meister/in (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Berufserfahrung in der Instandhaltungsplanung oder -steuerung
- Positive Haltung zu Standards und Prozesstreue
- Analytisches Denken und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Teamfähigkeit und gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Sicheres Auftreten
- Kenntnisse in Instandhaltungsmanagement-Systemen (z. B. SAP) sind von Vorteil
- Digitale Affinität wünschenswert
