Your Tasks
- Instandhaltungsplanung und Organisation
- Stammdatenpflege und Erfassung der technischen Equipments
- Pflege und Verwaltung der Technischen Anlagendokumentation
- Terminüberwachung von prüfpflichtigen Anlagen
- Planung von vorbeugenden Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen
- Betreuung der Diagnosetechnik
- Verantwortlich für das Auftragswesen und die Verbuchung der Auftragszeiten
- Planung und Kontrolle Instandhaltungsbudget
- Systempflege von Instandhaltungs- und Investitionsprojekten
- Koordination und Abwicklung der Unterhaltsreinigung
- Beschaffung und Verwaltung des Fremdpersonals in Arbeitnehmerüberlassung
- Betreuung und Verwaltung des Werkzutrittssystems
- Meldung der Sachanlagenzugänge an die Buchhaltung
- Mitarbeit in werksübergreifenden Projektteams
Your Profile
- Ausbildung zum Industriemeister (m/w/d), Techniker (m/w/d), Industriefachwirt (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Teamorientierte Mitarbeiterführung
- Führungskompetenz
- Selbstständige und leistungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in EDV-Anwendungen, wie MS-Office und SAP
- Ergebnisorientiertes und eigeninitiatives Arbeiten
- Flexibel und belastbar
