Your responsibilities

  • Visit, engage with, and challenge potential and existing customers to explore new opportunities.
  • Provide technical information and advice to customers, sales teams, and partners regarding the use of BENEO ingredients in food applications (e.g., presentations, application files, recipes).
  • Deliver technical training and lead in-depth application discussions with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Follow up on technical meetings and customer projects to ensure progress and alignment.
  • Investigate, analyze, and resolve product application issues at customer sites.
  • Offer "help desk" support for technical questions from the sales team and customers.
  • Develop and adapt recipes using BENEO ingredients tailored to the regional market.
  • Identify and establish collaborations with relevant industrial partners for joint application trials.
  • Plan, execute, evaluate, and document trials to optimize recipes and processes.
  • Troubleshoot and respond to inquiries regarding technical, formulation, or processing issues.
  • Develop and produce food prototypes to support sales efforts during events and client visits.

 

Your Profile

Skills & Experience Required

  • Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a technical or customer-facing role
  • Technical & Language Skills
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English and Spanish
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities with a proactive and analytical mindset
  • Ability to understand complex scientific information and translate it into clear, practical language
  • Skilled in developing and delivering effective technical training tailored to diverse audiences

  • Team player with a collaborative approach
