Your responsibilities

1.    Provide assumptions for the 5-Year Planning (5YPL) process in order to drive product line decisions and long-term strategy.
2.    Monitor competition and market trends in order to provide actionable insights to internal stakeholders.
3.    Propose global product strategies in order to steer the evolution of the product portfolio and align with/influence market trends.
4.    Identify and communicate business opportunities to Sales, CTS, and BI in order to drive product portfolio growth and enhance market position.
5.    Propose target and minimum prices for products, integrating RSD/GA input, and manage approval for pricing deviations, in line with strategic pricing processes, in order to optimize bottom-line results.
6.    Evaluate CM1 potential of service requests in order to enable informed decision-making regarding product line profitability.
7.    Ensure accurate and up-to-date product information is provided to sales teams in order to support effective stakeholder communication.
8.    Oversee and challenge the project pipeline in order to ensure efficient implementation.
9.    Maintain a global view over, and strong engagement with key customers in order to foster continuous relationships and ensure customer needs are captured.
10.    Lead and manage the team in order to ensure effective performance, professional development, and alignment with business objectives.
 

 

Your Profile

Thinking Level and/or Experience required for the role: 
-    Bachelor’s Degree or 5 years’ experience in similar position; Master Business Administration, Biological Science; Food Technology

Technical Skills (including language(s)) required for the role:
-    Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends.
-    Experience in pricing strategy and commercial decision-making.
-    Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
-    Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results within deadlines.
-    Language proficiency: English, French.
