An account executive takes care of and expands a group of clients, builds and keeps lasting relationships, and makes sure customers are happy. The account executive collaborates with the sales, marketing, and product teams to find and follow new chances, gives presentations and proposals, helps to agree on contracts, and closes deals.

Your tasks
- Support the sales team in every aspect of account management
- Understand the client's business goals, challenges, and needs, and provide tailored solutions that align with the company's value proposition.
- Communicate effectively and proactively with the client, ensuring timely delivery of projects, resolving issues, and providing feedback.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals that demonstrate the benefits and features of the company's products and services.
- Track and report on account performance, revenue, and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Stay updated on the latest market trends, industry best practices, and competitor activities.
Your profile
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communication, or a related field
- Strong customer service, relationship management, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and to manage multiple projects and accounts simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and other relevant tools
- Knowledge of the company's products, services, and industry
- Willingness to travel as required
- English (mother tongue or fluent business english in speaking and writing, any other language welcome)
