Your tasks
- Du bist verantwortlich für den Betrieb und die Instandhaltung der Gebäudetechnik in den Bereichen Sanitär, Heizung, Fenster und allgemeiner Gebäudereparaturen.
- Du koordinierst externe Dienstleister und begleitest bauliche Maßnahmen durch Fremdfirmen vor Ort.
- Du erkennst frühzeitig technische Mängel und findest gemeinsam mit dem Team praktische Lösungen.
Your profile
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene handwerkliche Ausbildung (z. B. im Bereich Haustechnik, Sanitär-, Heizungs- oder Klimatechnik) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Du bringst fundierte handwerkliche Fähigkeiten über mehrere Gewerke hinweg mit, hast ein gutes technisches Verständnis und idealerweise bereits erste praktische Berufserfahrung in einem ähnlichen Umfeld gesammelt.
- Du bist körperlich belastbar, flexibel und findest auch in ungeplanten Situationen pragmatische Lösungen.
