Your Tasks

  • zentrale Prüfungen
  • Mitarbeit bei Neugestaltung neue Rüben-IT
  • Mitarbeit bei allen administrativen Tätigkeiten in der Rübenabteilung:
    • Verwaltung der Anbauer- und Kundenstammsätze
    • Rübengeld- und Frachtabrechnung
    • Überwachung Rübenlieferdaten
    • allgemeine Prüfungen
    • Abwicklung der EUF-Bodenuntersuchung
    • Saatgutbestellung
    • Disposition Carbokalkausfuhr
    • Futtermitteldisposition

Your Profile

  • abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise als Industriekauffrau/mann bzw. Kauffrau/mann für Büromanagement (m/w/d)
  • fundierte PC-Kenntnisse in den gängigen MS-Office-Produkten
  • strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Selbstorganisation sowie die Fähigkeit zu priorisieren
  • freundliches und verbindliches Auftreten
  • sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse für einen reibungslosen Kundenkontakt
  • Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Flexibilität, Belastbarkeit und Teamfähigkeit
  • hohe Sozialkompetenz
  • hohe Sorgfalt
