Your responsibilities
- Process and manage sales orders and related documentation in order to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
- Maintain up-to-date customer data and pricing information in relevant systems in order to support accurate reporting and invoicing.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to track order status, delivery timelines, and customer-specific requirements in order to ensure service expectations are met.
- Liaise with internal departments such as Supply Chain, Finance, and Production in order to facilitate smooth execution of the order-to-cash process.
- Monitor and follow up on backorders, delivery issues, and delays in order to proactively resolve problems and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and distribute routine and ad hoc reports related to sales, pricing, and order status in order to support internal decision-making.
- Assist in maintaining and improving administrative procedures in order to support the efficiency and consistency of the Sales Administration team.
- Support the Sales Administration Manager in various coordination tasks and improvement initiatives in order to contribute to the continuous development of the function.
Your Profile
Thinking Level and/or Experience required for the role:
- Bachelor Degree and 3 years' experience in similar position
Technical Skills (including language(s)) required for the role:
- Strong communication (verbal & written)
- Analytical and effective reporting (formal & informal)
- Good cross functional knowledge
- Good process knowledge (SAP)
- Dutch, English, French, other languages are preferable
- Knowledge of transport modalities and Inco terms
