Your responsibilities
As Country Manager for Poland, located in Poland, you will play a pivotal role in driving BENEO’s growth and success in this key market. You’ll be responsible for turning strategy into action, expanding our market presence, and building lasting partnerships—all while ensuring operational excellence.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Gather, analyse, and share relevant data and management reports—regularly and ad hoc—to support data-driven decision-making.or and report on competitor activities, customer needs, economic trends, and market share developments, providing critical input to the Area Sales Manager and wider team.Translate the overall sales strategy into a concrete, category-specific action plan for Poland. Lead the follow-up and ensure alignment across stakeholders to drive the business forward.
- Build strong partnerships with colleagues across BENEO to drive synergies and shared success.
- Focus on business development and increasing BENEO’s market share in Poland through proactive client engagement and opportunity identification.
- Oversee and coordinate country-specific activities (e.g. quality issues, overdue accounts), ensuring both qualitative and quantitative targets are met.
- Serve as the go-to person for logistical, invoicing, and payment-related matters within your territory and assigned categories.
- Track sales performance throughout the year. Collaborate with the Area Sales Manager to take corrective action when needed to meet volume, pricing, and forecasting goals.
- Identify new sales opportunities, lead local price negotiations, establish strong relationships, and follow through on sales initiatives to maximise market potential.
- Follow up on local projects, request necessary resources, and take timely action to ensure successful, high-quality execution within agreed timelines.
Your Profile
Thinking Level and/or Experience required for the role:
- Bachelor/Master Degree with minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar position; Master Business Administration, Biological Science, Food Technology
Technical Skills (including language(s)) required for the role:
- Commercial
