Your Tasks

As a Data and Process Manager, you will be responsible for the analysis, optimization, and management of data and processes across various departments of the Südzucker Group within the Salesforce ecosystem.

The responsibilities

  • Initiate, coordinate, and independently manage projects focused on data-driven process improvement and the modeling of new processes within the Südzucker Group.
  • Identify, analyze, and document the data and process requirements of your colleagues from various departments, divisions and manage the transfer of these processes to the Salesforce Functional Team.
  • Identify data-related issues or process inefficiencies and create solution proposals, accompanying their implementation to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Measure the success of process improvements and optimize them independently, ensuring continuous enhancement.
  • Collaborate closely with all Südzucker departments during the requirements definition, implementation, and operational phases to ensure alignment and effective communication.

Your Profile

  • Through your successfully completed Bachelor's or Master's degree (preferably, but not necessarily in economics), you already have specialist knowledge in the field of process analysis and process optimization
  • You have knowledge of data processing
  • You have well-grounded project management experience (agile project management and waterfall)
  • You are enthusiastic about IT and topics of digitization
  • You are an absolute team player and problem solver and underline this with an independent and flexible way of working
  • Due to your very good German and English skills, it is easy for you to communicate with contact persons at all levels
  • Willingness to travel
