Your Tasks

Implementierung und Durchführung eines IT-Controllings
Entwicklung von Prozessen für Budgetplanung und -controlling
Überwachung der Projektdokumentation und Durchführung eines übergreifenden Projektcontrollings
Erstellung von Reportings und kaufmännische Bewertung der durchgeführten Projekte
Bereitstellung der projektbezogenen Daten für Monats- bzw. Jahresabschlüsse
Koordination und Kontrolle der kaufmännischen Abwicklung von Großprojekte
Durchführung von Budgetterminen für die Berichtserstattung
SOLL/IST-Abgleiche und Plausibilitätskontrolle
Unterstützung bei der Liquiditäts- sowie Geschäftsjahresplanung

Your Profile

Abgeschlossenes Studium im kaufmännischen Bereich oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Projektmanagement, idealerweise im IT-Kontext
Sehr gute Kenntnisse über Projektmanagement-Methoden und -Tools
Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
Hohe Zahlenaffinität und ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen
Hohe Planungs- und Organisationskompetenz
Hohes Maß an Durchsetzungsvermögen
