Your Tasks
Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive planned maintenance strategy aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure maintenance plans support production schedules and business priorities.
Community Leadership:
- Cultivate a collaborative community among maintenance professionals in different divisions, encouraging knowledge sharing and best practice exchange.
- Facilitate regular forums or workshops to promote cross-site learning and build a cohesive network of maintenance experts.
Process Optimization and Development:
- Identify opportunities for process improvement within the planned maintenance framework.
- Develop and implement methods and systems to efficiently translate the planned maintenance strategy into actionable processes at various locations.
- Drive the development of standardized maintenance practices, ensuring consistency while accommodating site-specific needs.
Data Analysis, Reporting and Performance Metrics:
- Define and implement a set of unified key performance indicators (KPIs) for maintenance activities.
- Develop dashboards to provide real-time visibility into maintenance performance, enabling data-driven decision-making at both local and organizational levels.
- Utilize data-driven insights to monitor equipment performance, identify trends, and make data-supported decisions.
- Prepare regular reports on maintenance KPIs, highlighting areas for improvement and success stories.
Cost/Benefit Optimization:
- Establish and execute strategies to optimize the cost-effectiveness of maintenance activities while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Implement initiatives aimed at reducing downtime, enhancing equipment reliability, and achieving cost savings through efficient resource utilization.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to align maintenance activities with overall operational goals.
- Participate in cross-functional teams to address equipment reliability and maintenance-related challenges.
Training and Development:
- Design and implement training programs to enhance the skillset of maintenance professionals, focusing on the effective implementation of planned maintenance strategies.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning, ensuring that maintenance teams stay informed about industry trends and advancements. Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in maintenance technologies.
Your Profile
- Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in maintenance management, with a focus on planned maintenance strategies.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with relevant maintenance software and technologies.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance management or a related field.
