Your Tasks
Continuous Improvement Strategy:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive continuous improvement strategy aligned with organizational goals in the context of TOE and the OPEX Program Optimum.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by promoting best practices and engaging employees at all levels.
Focused Improvement:
- Lead and facilitate focused improvement trainings and projects using methodologies such as Kaizen to address specific challenges and drive rapid enhancements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and implement solutions within defined project scopes.
Performance Metrics:
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of both continuous improvement efforts and focused improvement projects.
- Analyze performance metrics to assess the impact of improvement initiatives and identify areas for further enhancement.
Training and Development:
- Design and deliver training programs to educate team members on continuous improvement principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to project teams to ensure successful execution of improvement projects.
Change Management:
- Drive change management initiatives to ensure the successful adoption of continuous improvement practices throughout the organization.
- Address resistance to change and work collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure the success of improvement projects.
Documentation and Standardization:
- Establish and maintain standardized processes and documentation for continuous improvement projects.
- Ensure that lessons learned and best practices from focused improvement projects are incorporated into the broader continuous improvement framework.
Goal Setting:
- Develop and set clear goals for continuous improvement initiatives and focused improvement projects, ensuring they are specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound
- Monitor progress towards goals, adjust strategies as needed, and communicate achievements to stakeholders.
Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field. A Master's degree is mandatory.
- Proven experience in both continuous improvement and focused improvement roles.
- Strong project management skills with experience in implementing methodologies such as Kaizen and Lean
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Change management certification is desirable.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
