Your Tasks

  • Sicherstellung von Compliance und optimierten Einsatz von Software und SaaS-Lösungen, insbesondere SAP
  • Organisation und Durchführung von Softwarehersteller-Audits und Vermessungen
  • Aktive Mitwirkung bei der Ausarbeitung von Lizenzierungsoptionen und Vertragsverhandlungen mit unserem Einkauf und verschiedenen Geschäftsbereichen
  • Interne Optimierung und Beratung zu Lizenzierungsfragen
  • Mitgestaltung des Berechtigungsmanagements und von Lizenzierungsszenarien wie Digital Access
  • Weiterentwicklung und Pflege unserer konzernweiten Lizenzmanagement-Plattform
  • Steuerung von Dienstleistern für operative Tätigkeiten
  • Durchführung von Sonderprojekten aus dem Bereich Lizenzmanagement

Your Profile

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftsinformatik, IT, Betriebswirtschaft, oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im SAP-Lizenzumfeld (Lösungen, Lizenzen, Vermessungen und Berechtigungen)
  • Fachspezifisches Interesse auch für andere Software-Hersteller - idealerweise Kenntnisse der Lizenzmodelle von Salesforce oder Microsoft
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Hohe Ergebnisorientierung sowie Markt- und Serviceorientierung
  • Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Empathie und Konfliktfähigkeit
