Your Tasks

  • Erstellung einer Stammdatengovernance in der Südzucker-Gruppe zur Optimierung der Stammdatenqualität
  • Schaffung einheitlicher Stammdatenstrukturen in der Südzucker-Gruppe
  • Globales Prozessdesign zur Sicherstellung der Stammdatenqualität
  • Schaffung der Basis für ein gruppenweites HR-Reporting
  • Unterstützung beim Erstellen von Berechtigungskonzepte, die auf den HR-Stammdaten aufbauen
  • Mitarbeit in Projekten, die die Integration von HR-Stammdaten beinhalten
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den lokalen HR Service-Centern und der IT

Your Profile

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Personaladministration, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Betriebswirtschaftliche Prozess-Know-How im Bereich Personal
  • Erfahrung im Stammdatendesign wünschenswert
  • Kenntnisse in SAP HCM wünschenswert
  • Analytische Denk- und Arbeitsweise
  • Begeisterung für neue IT-Trends, Innovationen und Digitalisierungsansätze
  • Eigenverantwortliches, zielorientiertes und strukturiertes Arbeiten
  • Teamfähigkeit
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse
