Your Tasks
- Planung und Design einer gesamtheitlichen IT-Architektur im HR-Umfeld
- Beratung des Fachbereichs hinsichtlich der Umsetzungsmöglichkeiten wie auch Nutzung der IT-Lösungen und Prozesse im Personalwesen
- Erstellung von Systemkonzepten und Applikationsdesigns in Zusammenarbeit mit zentralen Fachbereichen, Key-Usern und Externen
- Leitung von IT-Projekten im genannten Umfeld
Your Profile
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Informatik, Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Betriebswirtschaftliches Prozess-Know-How im Personalwesen
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Beratung des Fachbereichs
- Sehr guter Überblick über moderne Systemarchitekturen in diesem Prozessumfeld, inklusive Cloud und Fiori Applikationen.
- Begeisterung für neue IT-Trends, Innovationen und Digitalisierungsansätze
- Konzeptionelles und analytisches Denken
- Schnelle Auffassungsgabe
- Eigenverantwortliches, zielorientiertes und strukturiertes Arbeiten
- Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
