Your Tasks
- Funktion als Schichtleiter/in (m/w/d) für bis zu 20 Personen inkl. Übernahme der Verantwortung für die Einteilung und Durchführung aller Arbeiten sowie für die unterstellten Mitarbeiter
- Anlagenbedienung über ein Prozessleitsystem
- Treffen eigenständiger Entscheidungen für Produktion und Anlagensicherheit
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung aller Sicherheits-, Produktions-, Hygiene- und Qualitätsvorschriften der Südzucker AG
- Dokumentation der Produktionsabläufe
- Bedienung verschiedener Produktions- und Verpackungsanlagen
Your Profile
- Abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung mit absolvierter Facharbeiterprüfung
- Berufserfahrung als Vorarbeiter/in bzw. Meisterhelfer/in (m/w/d) wünschenswert
- Ausgeprägte Fähigkeiten in Organisation und Personalführung
- Verantwortungsbewusstsein im Umgang mit Lebensmitteln
- EDV-Kenntnisse in MS-Office und SAP
- Bereitschaft zur Teilnahme am Schichtdienst (ganzjährig Drei-, Vier- und Fünf-Schicht-Betrieb im Wechsel; Fünf- bzw. Sieben-Tage-Woche)
- Gültiger Staplerschein (kann auch nachgeholt werden)
