Your Tasks

Organisation von (hybriden) Pressekonferenzen
Verfassen, Aufbereitungen und Versand von Presseinformationen sowie Pflege unseres Presseverteilers
Erstellung und Fortschreibung von Sprachregelungen
Organisation von Vorstandsveranstaltungen (Einladungs- und Teilnehmermanagement, Ablauforganisation und Vertragsgestaltung)
Erfassung und Verwaltung konzernweiter Mitgliedschaften inklusive Rechnungsprüfung sowie Aufstellungen dieser nach diversen Kriterien
Abwicklung und Dokumentation von Spenden und Sponsorings
Verhandlung, Prüfung und Verwaltung von Sponsoringverträgen
Übernahme allgemeiner organisatorischer Aufgaben

Your Profile

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studienabschluss im Bereich Kommunikation
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich PR oder Journalismus
Professioneller Umgang mit allen gängigen MS-Office-Programmen sowie Erfahrung mit Online-Tools
Ausgezeichnete Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, insbesondere im Schreiben und Redigieren von Texten
Strukturierte, teamorientierte Arbeitsweise und Organisationstalent
Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative und Engagement
