Your Tasks

Unterstützung beim Aufbau und der Etablierung der Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) Initiative im Unternehmen
Mithilfe bei der Umsetzung der D&I Roadmap/Strategie
Inhaltliches und redaktionelles Aufbereiten von Kommunikationsmaßnahmen rund um D&I
Planung und Organisation von Workshops und Seminaren
Unterstützung bei der Konzeption eines Mentoring-Modells für das Unternehmen
Koordinierung und Vorbereitung von Meetings im D&I Bereich

Your Profile

Studium im fortgeschrittenen Bachelorsemester oder im Master
Interesse an den Themen Diversity und Inclusion
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
Weitere Sprachen wie Französisch, Spanisch oder Polnisch von Vorteil
Kommunikativ, offen und feinfühlig gegenüber Mitmenschen
Freude am agilen Arbeiten (Projektmanagement)
Offenheit und Verständnis für verschiedene Zielgruppen und unterschiedliche Perspektiven
