Your Tasks

  • Harmonization of Planning processes in Poland, France and Belgium
  • Further development of Planning Tools, Forecasting, KPIs
  • International and cross-functional projects inside Südzucker Group
  • Supporting implementation of further planning parameters/KPIs in order to optimize our Supply Chain for Industry and Retail customers
  • Preparing and leading monthly Demand and Supply Review Meetings

Your Profile

  • University degree in economics, preferred focus on Supply Chain Management or similar education
  • Fluent Polish is a prerequisite
  • SAP knowledge or Excel VBA skills are appreciated
  • Strong analytic skills with excellent story boarding, communication and moderation skills to align between various stakeholders
  • Intercultural awareness and emotional intelligence
  • Hands-on mentality and flexibility, team-player
  • Willingness to travel
