Your Tasks

  •  Supporting the team with administrative tasks
  •  Management of the daily business
  •  Appointment organization and coordination
  •  Organization of business trips at national and international level as well as travel expense accounting
  •  Data evaluation, database maintenance, filing management
  •  Administration, correspondence of e-mails and mail
  •  Invoice verification and ordering / purchasing (SAP)
  •  Preparation and creation of presentations

Your Profile

  •  Commercial education (professional experience desirable)
  •  Very good knowledge of spoken and written German and English (other foreign languages are desirable)
  •  Very good user skills in MS Office, Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point 
  •  Good spoken and written communication skills
  •  Ability to work in a team, reliability, commitment, organizational skills, flexibility
