Your Tasks
- Datenanalyse & Optimierungspotenziale: Analyse komplexer F&E-, Produktions- und Prozessdaten zur Identifikation von Optimierungs- und Automatisierungspotenzialen
- Analyse-, Visualisierungs- & Modellierungslösungen: Entwicklung datenbasierter Lösungen zur Verbesserung der Prozessüberwachung, Prozessstabilität und Entscheidungsunterstützung
- Statistik, Data Science & KI: Anwendung moderner Methoden aus Statistik, Data Science, Machine Learning, Künstlicher Intelligenz und Chemometrie zur Modellierung industrieller Produktionsprozesse sowie relevanter Prozess- und Sensordaten
- APC-/MPC-Unterstützung: Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung von Advanced Process Control (APC)- und Model Predictive Control (MPC)-Lösungen
- Schnittstellenfunktion & Umsetzung: Zusammenarbeit mit Produkt und Prozessentwickung, Verfahrenstechnik, Produktion und Automatisierung zur Überführung datenbasierter Modelle in den operativen Anlagenbetrieb
- Modellbewertung & kontinuierliche Verbesserung: Bewertung, Validierung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung datenbasierter Modelle anhand realer Betriebsdaten
Your Profile
- Abgeschlossenes Studium einer technischen, naturwissenschaftlichen oder datenorientierten Fachrichtung, z. B. Verfahrenstechnik, Chemieingenieurwesen, Physik, Data Science oder vergleichbar
- Verständnis für mechanische und thermische Verfahrenstechnik sowie industrielle Produktionsprozesse
- Erfahrung in der statistischen Analyse von Prozessdaten und in der Entwicklung von Modellen für komplexe industrielle Prozesse
- Kenntnisse in Advanced Process Control, Model Predictive Control oder industrieller Regelungstechnik von Vorteil
- Gute Programmierkenntnisse, z. B. in Python oder MATLAB; Erfahrung mit Simulationswerkzeugen wie Aspen Plus, Aspen HYSYS oder vergleichbaren Tools wünschenswert
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie Bereitschaft zur internationalen Zusammenarbeit und zur kontinuierlichen fachlichen Weiterentwicklung
