Your Tasks

• Oberste Priorität ist Arbeitssicherheit – Umsetzung der „Zero Vision“ in der Arbeitssicherheitsstrategie
• Verladung von LKW Trinkalkohol (ENA); inkl. Gefahrgutkontrollen, Qualitätskontrollen, Probenahmen
• Bestellung von Zügen und Waggons für Beladungen
• Koordination des Werksrangierdienstes
• Erstellen von Fracht- und Zollpapieren für LKWs und Züge
• Quittierung, Prüfung und Versand von Rechnungen und Gutschriften
• Kommunikation mit Kunden, Speditionen und Bahndienstleistern
• Mitwirken bei Inventuren, Bestandsaufnahmen, Inventurbuchungen etc.
• Teilnahme am Sensorikpanel (Qualitätskontrolle Alkohol)

Your Profile

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
• Selbstständiges Arbeiten, Eigenständigkeit sowie hohe Leistungsbereitschaft
• Teamfähigkeit
• Organisatorische Fähigkeiten, Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit
• Sicherer Umgang mit den MS Office-Produkten (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Gute Kenntnisse in SAP G1P (PP/MM)
• Exakte, zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
• Französischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
