Your Tasks

  • Unterstützung bei der Planung, Organisation und dem Teilnehmermanagement von Weiterbildungsmaßnahmen (z.B. Leadership Trainings im Rahmen eines Operational Excellence Projekts)
  • Aktive Zusammenarbeit mit den Kolleginnen und Kollegen der Divisionen (HR und andere Fachbereiche) im In- und Ausland 
  • Visuelle Aufbereitung von Dokumenten, Auswertungen und Präsentationen
  • Mitwirkung bei der gemeinsamen Entwicklung von neuen Ideen und bei der Prozessoptimierung im Bereich Learning & Development
  • Unterstützung bei weiteren Aufgaben rund um Weiterbildung

 

Your Profile

  • Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftspsychologie, Wirtschaftspädagogik, Psychologie, BWL oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Idealerweise Themenvertiefung im Bereich Personalwesen sowie erste Praxiserfahrung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit den MS Office Produkten sowie Lernfähigkeit und Spaß am Umgang mit neuen Software-Anwendungen
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Eigenständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und schnelle Auffassungsgabe
