As a Südzucker AI Finance Partner, you will play a pivotal role in driving the AI transformation program as a member of the Südzucker AI Digital Team. You will bridge the gap between finance and AI initiatives, ensuring the financial success and sustainability of AI projects. The role focuses on defining measurable and trackable financial KPIs for AI initiatives, monitoring the financial performance of AI use cases, and maintaining a comprehensive budget overview for all AI-related activities. You will also provide financial insights to optimize AI investments and will need to have or acquire a basic understanding of AI technologies. A solid command of the English language is equally required, as the transformation program will be documented in English.

Deine Aufgaben

Financial Business Know-How:

  • Financial Expertise: Leverage your understanding of our financial processes, budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance measurement to support the AI transformation program.
  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with AI, business, and technology teams to align financial goals with AI initiatives, ensuring that projects are delivered within budget and meet the expected ROI.
  • Financial Reporting: Provide regular financial reports to senior management, tracking the financial health of AI initiatives and highlighting any budget variances or financial risks.

Data Product Development:

  • Establish Financial KPIs: Define clear, measurable, and trackable financial KPIs for each AI initiative, such as cost savings, revenue generation, ROI, and operational efficiencies.
  • Financial Impact Analysis: Develop models and frameworks to assess the financial impact of AI use cases, including the potential for cost reduction, increased productivity, or revenue growth.

Dein Profil

Experience:

  • At least three years of experience in finance, with a focus on budgeting, financial analysis, and performance tracking, ideally within an innovation environment.
  • Proven experience in defining and managing financial KPIs, creating budget forecasts, and conducting variance analysis, particularly in large-scale or technology-driven projects.
  • Proficiency with financial management and business intelligence tools.

Skills:

  • Strong financial, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
