As a Südzucker AI Data Partner, you will play a pivotal role in driving the AI transformation program within your division as a member of the Südzucker AI Digital Team. You will leverage your specific data-related systems know-how, understanding of data foundations and data products, and agile project management skills to identify as well as help execute AI use cases that deliver significant business value. Your technological understanding of AI beyond the basics and your willingness to participate in a high-performance team will be essential. A solid command of the English language is required, as the transformation program will be documented in English.

Deine Aufgaben

Data Foundation and IT Systems Expertise:

  • Data Infrastructure: Collaborate with the core AI Digital Team, data architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to design and implement the foundational data infrastructure (data lakes, data warehouses, ETL processes) to support AI and data-driven initiatives.
  • Systems Integration: Ensure seamless integration of AI solutions with the existing data-related IT systems (e.g., databases, cloud platforms, enterprise applications).
  • Data Governance: Contribute to the development and enforcement of data governance standards and best practices, ensuring data quality, security, privacy, and compliance.

Data Product Development:

  • Data Product Lifecycle: Participate in the creation, management, and optimization of data products (e.g., predictive models, data APIs, data pipelines) that support AI applications.
  • Collaboration with Data Scientists/Engineers: Work closely with AI specialists, data scientists, and data engineers to ensure data products are aligned with business objectives and AI use cases.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with business leaders to identify data needs, define data product requirements, and deliver solutions that drive business outcomes. Promote a culture of continuous innovation, improvement and learning to sustain our AI-driven transformation.

Dein Profil

Experience:

  • Strong knowledge of data architecture, data lakes, data warehouses, ETL processes, and cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Solid understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning, deep learning, and their integration with data systems.
  • Experience working in high-performance teams and cross-functional projects.

Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
