As a Südzucker AI Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in driving the AI transformation program within your division as a member of the Südzucker AI Digital Team. The Südzucker three-year AI Transformation Program aims to enhance our core processes through the implementation of AI technologies. You will leverage your specific business know-how and basic technological understanding to identify and help execute AI use cases that deliver significant business value. Your ability to work effectively in a high-performance team and your solid command of the English language will be essential, as the transformation program will be documented in English.

Deine Aufgaben

Identification and Implementation of Quick-Win AI Use Cases:

  • Identify and prioritize Quick-Win AI use cases that address core business challenges. Division-specific business knowledge is a must.
  • Work closely with the core AI Digital Team, data scientists, engineers, and business units to help develop and implement the identified AI solutions.
  • Monitor and evaluate the business performance of AI solutions to ensure they meet business goals beyond a proof-of-concept.

AI Assessment and Strategy Development:

  • Support conducting a comprehensive AI assessment to evaluate the current state of AI readiness within the division.
  • Collaborate with the core AI Digital Team and respective stakeholders to define a tailored AI strategy that aligns with the division's business objectives.

AI Readiness and Change Management:

  • Facilitate training and development programs to enhance AI literacy and capabilities within the division.
  • Establish governance structures and processes to ensure the ethical and responsible use of AI.
  • Promote a culture of continuous innovation, improvement and learning to sustain our AI-driven transformation.

Dein Profil

Experience:

  • Proven experience in business process improvement, project management, or a related role.
  • Basic understanding of AI technologies and their applications in business contexts.
  • Experience working in high-performance teams and cross-functional projects.

Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
