Ihre Verantwortlichkeiten

Purpose of Role:  Achieve ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. Qualify and develop new leads to support new sales. Increase the database of customers and opportunities. Support the Area Sales Manager when required and the sales force with operational activities.

  • Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
  • Qualify and converts leads and generates new business
  • Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
  • Be part of the customer experience. Support sales team by providing administrative, clerical, and customer support
  • Analysis of sales reports, manage customer database, pricing
  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
  • Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
  • Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
  • Develop sales leads into commercial sales
  • Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email.
  • Handle incoming e-mail, phone calls and mail, in order to ensure timely and accurate handling of communication.
  • Analysis of sales reports, manage customer database, pricing

 

Ihr Profil

 

Thinking Level and/or Experience required for the role:

  • Bachelor degree of food science/technology
  • No prior experience required.

Technical Skills (including language(s)) required for the role:

  • MS Office/SAP/salesforce
  • Attention to detail & accuracy
  • Strong communication, verbal & written
  • Pro-active
  • Effective reporting (formal & informal)
  • English
