Ihre Verantwortlichkeiten

Provide technical support to the ICT Pemuco organization (Pemuco sites) in order to optimize the use of Beneo's ICT tools.
Contribute to the proper functioning of the local network in order to guarantee optimal availability for both internal and external users.
Ensure the management of computer equipment and peripherals in order to guarantee the availability of high-performance equipment.
Ensure the follow-up of users in terms of licenses, access rights and training in order to make the best use of the ICT resources made available.
Participate in the implementation of new solutions, in order to help the organization and the group to innovate and implement the most performing systems.

Ihr Profil

Bachelor in IT or other technical comparable background (with an experience of minimum 1 year).
Technical knowledge of Microsoft environment, networks, hardware, etc.
Ability to innovate, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Team player with a "make it happen" attitude, solution oriented and customer centric.
Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work with technical and non-technical people.
Ability to travel within different factories and business locations.
Good communication skills, native Spanish speaking, fluent in English.
