Ihre Verantwortlichkeiten

1.      Design and implement the framework of BENEO Group’s quality management system including key elements like HACCP, management review, corrective action, document management and KPI in order to ensure respect of legal requirements, quality and food safety compliance and customer acceptance.

2.      Ensure compliance of BENEO Group’s quality management system to the requirements of all relevant certification schemes (e.g. FSSC 22000, GMP+, Kosher, Halal, Organic, Smeta) and legal obligations (FSMA/FSVP) in order to maintain certification status.

3.      Design, implement and supervise the internal audit plan in order to ensure compliance to standard requirements and continuous improvement.

4.      Ensure reporting and communication through quality reports, newsletters, myBeneoNet and communication campaigns to foster food safety culture throughout the organization.

5.      Act as an expert for the certified standards, organize and provide training for the quality team and other departments in order to promote quality awareness and increase knowledge.

6.      Coordinate the approval process for toll manufacturing partners at BENEO in order to ensure compliance of outsourced production activities.

7.      Negotiate and supervise the contracts and resolve issues with the certification bodies for all certification schemes harmonized at BENEO Group level to ensure contract requirements are met.

8.      Act as a business administrator for electronic document management systems like DHC Vision and Webcon CAPA/Complaints in order to ensure smooth operation of these tools.

9.      Drive continuous improvement through targeted actions, designated projects and strategy work packages in order to optimize processes.

10.  Act as single point of contact at BQD for selected factories and departments in order to improve communication.

 

Ihr Profil

-          Master’s degree or equivalent by experience

-          Minimum 5 years of related experience in the food industry

-          Knowledge of HACCP, GFSI standards, multi-site operations, advanced English, strong communication skills.
