Ihre Verantwortlichkeiten

Purpose of the Role: We are looking for a Transport Officer (temporary replacement) to ensure continuity of transport operations within the Transport Procurement team during the absence period.

Key Responsibilities: Perform the self-billing process for assigned carriers in order to ensure accurate and efficient invoicing and payment flows during the temporary replacement period. Maintain and administer transport rate data and related master data to guarantee accuracy and availability of transport information across systems. Act as key user for SAP and Transporeon, including the creation and maintenance of user and carrier profiles. Request and validate spot rates within defined parameters to provide Sales and Customer Experience teams with competitive and timely transport pricing. Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Sales Administration, Customer Experience, Production Plants, Logistics) and external carriers to resolve operational issues and ensure reliable customer service.

 

Ihr Profil

Education, Experience, Skills and Competencies Thinking Level and/or Experience required for the role:

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or equivalent.1–3 years of experience in logistics data administration, transport planning, or sales administration.

Technical Skills (including language(s)) required for the role:

  • Strong data management and analytical skills.Proficiency in SAP,
  • Transporeon.
  • Good understanding of transport procurement and carrier management processes.
  • Fluent in English, other languages are an advantage.
