Ihre Verantwortlichkeiten
- Lead and implement process improvement initiatives in Supply Chain and Quality to drive Operational Excellence.
- Develop and integrate best practices and frameworks in order to foster a culture of Continuous Improvement and sustainable efficiency gains.
- Measure, analyze and report performance metrics in order to track progress and maximize impact.
- Monitor project milestones and follow up on deliverables in order to ensure timely execution and alignment with strategic business goals.
- Support data collection, analysis, and reporting in order to enable informed decision-making.
- Oversee and facilitate internal communications in order to ensure transparency, accountability and cross-functional collaboration.
- Create and publish content on internal platforms (e.g., myBENEOnet), such as news articles, updates, and reports, in order to drive engagement and knowledge-sharing.
- Prepare and format presentations, reports, and documents in order to maintain clarity, quality, accuracy, and professional standards.
- Organize and manage meetings, workshops, and team events, handling logistics, agendas, and coordination in order to ensure seamless execution.
- Document discussions, decisions, and action points in order to enable effective follow-ups, accountability and sustained improvements.
- Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with company policies in order to support operational efficiency.
Ihr Profil
Thinking Level and/or Experience required for the role :
- Master degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Quality Management, or a related field.
- 3-5 years’ experience in project coordination, Continuous Improvement and/or Operational Excellence.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), SAP, and communication platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication English skills, proficiency in German, French, Dutch, or Spanish is a plus.
