Deine Aufgaben

  • Responsible for the demand and supply planning of the Retail market for West Area,
  • Manage the demand and supply meetings as part of the monthly S&OP process,
  • Ensure to meet customers’ requirements, in coordination with production, logistics, customer service and sales,
  • Anticipate over/under capacities to propose solution via S&OP process,
  • Measure and manage the continuous improvement of forecast accuracy in close collaboration with sales department,
  • Monitor the stock and optimize the supply network using SAP/APO system,
  • Further development and harmonization of supply chain planning processes and IT systems (SAP APO, SAP IBP…),
  • International project work across Südzucker Group.

Dein Profil

  • University Degree or equivalent - ideally in supply chain management or comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience in Supply chain planning ideally in an international environment
  • Good knowledge of English, French and German are an advantage
  • Customer oriented, agile thinking, willingness to question the status quo
  • Ownership (taking responsibility)
  • Team player
  • Good analytical skills
  • Independent working style and high degree of flexibility
  • Results oriented and solution-oriented
  • Advanced SAP knowledge (APO-DP, APO-SNP, SD, MM, PP and BI)
  • Good knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, macros)
  • Willingness to travel in Europe
